How North Florida Barndominiums works
What this is
North Florida Barndominiums is an independent matching service, not a builder or a licensed contractor. When you ask for a quote, your request goes to one partner steel building contractor in North Florida, who contacts you, prices the building and does the work under their own contract and license. This site may be paid by that contractor when a request becomes a job. Asking for a quote is free and commits you to nothing.
How it works
- 01
Describe the house you want
Use the form to give a rough footprint, how many bedrooms, whether you want a shop bay, and where the land is. A sketch or a saved floor plan helps.
- 02
A steel building contractor contacts you
They go over the plan and the site, then price the building package and whichever parts of the build you want them to handle.
- 03
You decide what to build and who builds it
Compare the quote with any others you have. Nothing is ordered until you sign a contract with the builder.
